Forwarded to these guys from Frigidaire for my dishwasher under warranty.Bob showed up in his time window, fixed the dishwasher with no mess and no issues. Took a look at our dryer and gave us an estimate, but didn't push us on it and recommended we just replace it. He also gave recommendations on good brands and types, so bonus there.
Bob was super nice, the lady I put my service request in with was nice as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I had excellent customer service withJ & M Appliance. From my first interaction with them after they were assigned by my Home Warranty company. They were very helpful, professional and organized! The repair person was Tom, who came to my house and was very professional and considerate. He listened as I told him about the issue I was having with my refrigerator, he identified the issue quickly, and took some action to help with the issue until the part that was needed could be ordered and installed. Once my home warranty company approved the claim the parts were ordered and received in a couple of days. As soon as the parts came in, an appt was made for Tom to return to complete the repair. This was some of the best service I have received in a long time! I highly recommend.

From customer service to repairman 10 out of 10 stars, I have had a few issues with my Range that J & M have taken care of for me. The customer service reps were always polite and answered my calls immediately. I was sent email updates as well as phone reminders when my parts were in and to schedule my repair. Henry is extremely professional & friendly an asset to J&M Appliance, I won't use any other Appliance repair in Coachella Valley! Thank you for your great service!
