My new Whirlpool refrigerator had a problem. Whirlpool directed me to J&M. First, a technician came out to diagnose the problem. He then ordered a part, so there would be a delay in the final work until it came. J&M notified me when the part arrived and we set up an appointment. Another technician came this time and replaced the defective part. Both technicians were on-time, polite and professional. So I was happy with the service. It remains to be seen if the problem is completely fixed. The telephone receptionists were five stars as well. It was a good experience..

I had excellent customer service withJ & M Appliance. From my first interaction with them after they were assigned by my Home Warranty company. They were very helpful, professional and organized! The repair person was Tom, who came to my house and was very professional and considerate. He listened as I told him about the issue I was having with my refrigerator, he identified the issue quickly, and took some action to help with the issue until the part that was needed could be ordered and installed. Once my home warranty company approved the claim the parts were ordered and received in a couple of days. As soon as the parts came in, an appt was made for Tom to return to complete the repair. This was some of the best service I have received in a long time! I highly recommend.
