I had excellent customer service withJ & M Appliance. Starting with my phone call to schedule service, they were very nice, professional and organized!
Next, the repair person Miguel came to my house and was very professional and considerate. He listened to my concerns about the freezer, he completely looked at the whole freezer explained the parts he was ordering. Within a week, the parts arrived. I received a call to schedule a followup appointment.
Miguel returned, fixed everything, had me test it. The absolutely best service and repair I have received in a long time! I highly recommend.

This is the only place where I will buy appliances from now on. J & M Appliances in Redlands, CA provide quality products at reasonable prices. In business or 40 years, they have stood the test of time for a reason. Their customer service is excellent, from the sales representative, Heather, to their technicians. Joe and Ray delivered my refrigerator. Getting the old fridge out and the new fridge in was not an easy task but they did it efficiently and with good humor.

Called J&M when my dishwasher wouldn't start. Tech came out, ran diagnostics and replaced board. That wasn't the fix. Tech ordered motor.Tristan in parts said motor under warranty and I could get from LG. Appreciated the tip saving me cost of motor. J&M did not charge me labor to install the motor when it was finally approved by LG. Cristina in customer service patient and pleasant. Automated appointment system efficient.
