From customer service to repairman 10 out of 10 stars, I have had a few issues with my Range that J & M have taken care of for me. The customer service reps were always polite and answered my calls immediately. I was sent email updates as well as phone reminders when my parts were in and to schedule my repair. My new Whirlpool refrigerator had a problem. Whirlpool directed me to J&M. First, a technician came out to diagnose the problem. He then ordered a part, so there would be a delay in the final work until it came. J&M notified me when the part arrived and we set up an appointment. Another technician came this time and replaced the defective part. Both technicians were on-time, polite and professional. So I was happy with the service. It remains to be seen if the problem is completely fixed. The telephone receptionists were five stars as well. It was a good experience..

Bering concerned about some of the negative comments on this site, I was cautious using their service to fix my oven. However, I had nothing to fear. The Tech did a fantastic job and was very friendly and customer service oriented. He bent backwards to make sure I was happy. I would call them again if I ever had the need. Ricardo T.
